以Tono-Pen測量配戴軟式隱形眼鏡者眼壓的評估

摘要

臨床上我們利用Tono-Pen來測量配戴軟式隱形眼鏡者在下列四種情形下的眼壓，並探討其可信度(reliability)。一是受測者戴著軟式隱形眼鏡來就診時的眼壓，二是把隱形眼鏡取下20分鐘之後的眼壓，三是把隱形眼鏡戴上之後馬上測量的眼壓，四是戴上隱形眼鏡20分鐘之後的眼壓。我們把受測者分為三組：低度近視組，高度近視組和配戴治療性隱形眼鏡組，每組分別以受測者未戴隱形眼鏡時的眼壓做基準，而以其他三種情形的眼壓分別與之比較，結果發現以Tono-Pen測量低度近視組和配戴治療性隱形眼鏡組的眼壓值可信度較高，但是戴上隱形眼鏡之後馬上測量的眼壓值較不準確，而高度近視組的測量值則出現變異的現象，可信度較低。

The Tono-Pen was used to determine the reliability of intraocular pressure readings obtained through soft contact lenses. The intraocular pressure was checked with soft contact lens in place, repeat twenty minutes after lens removal, then checked again after lens reinsertion. The difference of mean intraocular pressure among readings obtained with the lens in place, after lens removal and lens reinsertion were not statistically significant in bandage contact lens group and in low myopic contact lens group. But the high myopic contact lens group showed statistically significant difference of mean intraocular pressure obtained with the lens in place, after lens removal and lens reinsertion. In addition, the intraocular pressure readings measured immediately after myopic contact lens reinsertion revealed poor reliability.
