淚線假性淋巴瘤－病例報告
Pseudolymphoma of Lacrimal Glands-Case Report
摘要
本文報告－病例，女性，55歲，淤就醫前三個月觸模到無痛感的硬塊位於兩眼上眼瞼（聶頁）側處。眼窩的電腦斷層掃描顯示兩側的淚線腫大但並未對周圍的眼窩骨造成被壞。組織切片檢查證實為淚線假性淋巴瘤。經Prednisone每天口服80 mg治療兩星期復便遂漸減量並於三星期內終止治療。腫瘤消褪，且門診追蹤將近兩年並未委現有復發的現象。

Reporting a 55-year-old female patient with palpable, painless, hard masses over the bilateral lacrimal fossa for over three months. The orbital CT scans revealed enlargement of the bilateral lacrimal glands without destruction of the orbital bones. Incisional biopsy was perfomed and histiopathological study proved the tumor to be reactive lymphoid hyperplasia (pseudolymphoma) of the lacrimal gland. Prednisone 80 mg po daily was given for two weeks, then, tapered every other day slowly over a period of three weeks. The tumors resolved and OPD follow-up for nearly two years showed no recurrence of the tumor.
