鼻眼窩白徴茵病－病例報告
Rhino-Orbital Mucormycosis-A Case Report
摘要
本篇論文報告一個鼻眼窩白徵菌病的病例，主要症狀為左側重的眼皮下垂，突眼、眼球運動障礙，視力減退等眼窩尖徴候群。病理組織切片發現典型寬而無分隔且呈直角分枝的菌絲；電腦斷層及核磁共振掃描則有助於早期診斷。經靜脈注射Amphotericin B，的外科清及治療地病因，五個多月之後追蹤，病人仍然存活。因病例少見，特提出來報告。

A 54-year-old male patient was found to have rhinoorbital mucormycosis, which developed in association with a poor controlled diabetes and during chemotherapy for his lymphoma. Bilateral orbital apex syndrome with asymmetric visual acuity impairment was the presenting symptoms. Mucormycosis was diagnosed with the aid of computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and it was confirmed by histopathological examination. The patient survived well after the use of parenteral Amphotericin B and debridement surgery regardless of his permanant visual deficits.
