染料雷射對兔子網膜形態之影響

Effects of Dye Laser Photocoagulation on the Morphology of Pigmented Rabbit Retina

摘要


利用染料雷射的三種波長包括黃色577nm波長、橙色590nm波長和紅色630nm波長對有色兔子網膜做光凝固作用,光凝固作用於相同條件下進行,於作用後1天至1個月期間觀察組織學上的變化情形,結果顯出黃色波長和橙色波長的光凝固作用類似,可影響至整層網膜,而紅色波長的作用較弱只影響網膜外層,可能由於黃色波長和橙色波長可被血紅素和黑色素吸收而紅色波長只被黑色素吸收且其穿透性較達深層所致。

The differences in the effects of three wavelengths of tunable dye laser photocoagulation on the pigmented rabbit retina were studied histologically. Photocoagulation was performed with a spot size of 200μm for 0.2 seconds duration and power setting was 150mW. Yellow laser (577nm) and orange laser (590nm) produced coagulative effects to the whole retina. However, red laser (630nm) induced damage to the outer layer of the retina. The different effects on the retina seemed to originate from differences in hemoglobin absorption and deep penetration in the retina.
