視神經盤－黃斑部參數在視神經發育不全症之診斷價值
Diso-Macula Parameter in the Diagnosis of Optic Nerve Hypoplasia
摘要
視神經發育不全症往往臨床上並不容易確定診斷，尤其是當視神經盤只是稍微比正常者小一些時。許多報告提出分析這些發育不全的視神經的方法，但他們並沒被廣泛的應用。而測量現神經盤至黃斑部的距離(Disc-Macular distance; DM)與視神經盤直徑(Disc Diameter; DD)的比率(Disc-macular parameter, DM/DD ratio)為診斷視神經發育不全之簡單方法。本篇乃利用此參數分析12個病例及討論其臨床應用的價值。

Optic nerve hypoplasia may be very difficult to be ascertained if the disc is only slightly reduced in size and visual function is within normal range. Proposed by Awan, a simple quantitative measurement of disc-macula distance to disc diameter ratio(DM/DD) was recommended as an easy method to strongly suggest the diagnosis of optic nerve hypoplasia. We collected 12 suspected members and randomly selected 20 normal control to compare the DM/DD ratio between two groups. From our data analysis, we support DM/DD ratio as an useful parameter in clinical diagnos-is.
