多發性器官膿瘍合併轉移性眼球內炎－病例報告
Multiple Organ Abscess with Metastatic Endophthalmitis-Case Report
摘要
內因性眼球內炎對眼科醫師而方，往往是一項挑戰，病患多由其他科轉介而來，不僅發現較晚，伴隨其他系統性疾病，而且即使是經過各種積極治療，最後的視力仍是令人失望。本篇患者左眼診斷出內因性眼球內炎後，照會內科，才發現為一極罕見的多發性器官膿瘍所導致。

We described a newly diagnosed Diabetic patient, a 50-year-old female with a complaint of swelling, pain and sudden blurred vision of the left eye for 2 days. She denied any of previous trauma or operation. The clinical picture showed typical Endophthalmitis. Specimen obtained from vitreous aspiration, ant. chamber paracentesis and conjunctival scrub which cultured with Klebsiella pneumoniae. Abdominal echogram showed Liver and bil. renal multiple abscess, which aspirated fluid and blood culture with the same microorganism. All efforts seems in vain. Eviseration was performed and ocular tissue was sent for Pathology finally.
