點睫狀肌麻痺劑所造成之急性器質性精神病（譫妄症）－病例報告
Psychotic Reaction (Delirium) to the Cycloplegic Eyedrop.-A Case Report
摘要
本篇報告一例因點睫狀肌麻痺劑而造成精神症狀的病例。患者為一位六十五歲的女性，因點八天的睫狀肌麻痺劑，而產生一些譫妄症狀，如躁動不安，日夜顛倒，注意力不集中，錯覺，幻覺，意識不清，語無倫次、辨識力喪失等現象。以上皆為抗膽素性藥物(anti-cholinergic drug)中毒引起譫妄的症狀。經停點眼藥並施予肌肉注射毒扁豆素(physostigmine)後、症狀立即消失。由於此種病例在國內尚少報告，故特此提出，並就相關文獻一併討論。

A 65 years old woman had delirium after using cycloplegic agent ”Mydrin-P” for 8 days. The characteristic mental symptoms of anticholinergic intoxication include incoherent speech, disorientation, somnolence, delusion of place and identity, occurred in this patient. The above symptoms subsided immediately after the termination of the eyedrop and intramuscular injection of physostigmine.
