遺傳性視網膜動脈扭曲－病例報告
Hereditary Retinal Artery Tortuosity-Case Report
摘要
本篇報告一位25歲未婚男性，在過去9年來，常有視力突發性模糊，特別在劇烈運動後，在外診所診斷為視網膜血管瘤。病人入伍後，仍以相同症狀至本院就醫，經診斷為遺傳性視網膜動脈扭曲，此乃一極為罕見病例，故特此提出報告。

A unique hereditary retinal Artery Tortuosity syndrome were reported which concerned a 25-Year-old male with chief complaint of sudden blurred vision of both eyes after taking severe exercise. There were no history of trauma and the his laboratory examination were normal. Patient's father, brother and aunt also got the same problem. Ocular examination disclosed a small retinal hemorrhage over the parafoveal area and generalized tortuous arterial vessels in both eyes. Fluorescein fundus angiogram revealed extreme artery tortuosity without dye leakage. The hemorrhage resolved rpaidly, and the visual acuity improved to 20/20 with correctin.
