摘要
一位十四歲女孩，在車禍後一個月，發現有複視的現象。臨床上，疑是眼窩底體折(orbital floor fracture)。作一般電腦斷層時，沒有特殊的病變，但磁振造影及電腦斷層重組影像(CT recon-struction)確實有眼窩底骨折。在外傷液兩個月進行眼眶切開術(orbitotomy)，把嵌閉的組織盡量剝離。術後追踪已有九個月之久，病患於正視時，無複視的感覺。

A 14-year-old girl complained of diplopia at primary position one month after traffic accident. Clinically, orbital floor fracture was surpected. Nothing particular was noticed by CT image, but orbital floor fracture was diagnosed by & MRI study. Orbitotorny combined with incarcerated tissue release was performed two months after trauma. No diplopia is complained of after nine-month follow up.
