摘要

台灣地區的青光眼罹患率大於1%，自1980年起，醫界開始使用氬氣電射進行虹膜穿孔術以治療原發性隅角閉鎖型青光眼。由於雷射儀器及技術的進步，雷射手術，包括：虹彩穿孔術，隅角整型術，小樑網整型術，小樑網穿孔術或合併上屬幾種手術的方法，在台灣已經被廣泛地運用了。目前臨床上的雷射鞏膜穿孔術仍處於發展階段。本文將回顧探討各種在台灣所進行的青光眼雷射手術。

In Taiwan, The incidence of Glaucoma is more than 1 %. The iridotomy with Argon Laser was first applied in primary angle-closure glaucoma since 1980, Due to development of laser equipment and techniques, the laser surgeries including iridotomy, gonioplasty, trabeculoplasty, trabeculopuncture, two or three combined above methods are widely applied for glaucoma in Taiwan, and the sclerostomy with laser applied in clinical is still in the developmental stage. The major studies of laser surgery for glaucoma in Taiwan will be reviewed in this article.
