眼窩纖維組織細胞瘤－病例報告
Orbital Fibrous Histiocytoma-A Case Report
摘要
本篇報告一少見的原發性眼窩腫瘤－纖維組織細胞瘤。這是一個四十二歲的男性病人，因左下眼瞼腫脹持續半年而前來就診，檢查後發現左眼向下看有輕微限制，並可摸到眼眶處有一腫塊，電腦斷層攝影顯示一個邊緣清楚、眼窩外下側而在眼外肌錐外的一個腫瘤。於是施行眼窩切開術及腫瘤切除術，發現它是一個2.3×2.2×1.8公分的腫瘤，組織病理研究顯示它是一個眼窩纖維組織細胞瘤。手術後病人往下看有限制的現象已消除，在門診追蹤16個月也沒有復發的現象。

We present a case of orbital fibrous histiocytoma. Nontendered left lower eyelid swelling has bothered this 42-year-old man for about six months. Mild downward gaze limitation of left eye was revealed by Hess test. CT showed a well-defined inferolateral extraconal mass. Inferior transseptal orbitotomy and tumor excision wa performed. It is a grayish yellow and solid nodule measuring 2.3×2.2×1.8cm. The histopathologic study revealed a benign fibrous histiocytoma. Downward gaze limitation relieved after surgery and no recurrence was noted after follow-up of 16 months.
