摘要

眼瞼毛囊瘤為一罕見，良性之眼瞼腫瘤，通常發生於中年人之臉部或頭頸部，但確定診斷須病理檢查。在此提出一例先天性眼瞼毛囊瘤病例，十歲女孩之右上眼瞼綠自幼即發現有小腫塊，其上並有幾根白色睫毛。經切除後，病理檢查證實為眼瞼毛囊瘤。本文報告其病理切片發現並討論其鑑別診斷。

Trichofolliculoma is a solitary, dome-shaped nodule, commonly found on face, scalp or neck. It was rare on the eyelid. A 10-year-old girl presented with a small painless lump over the right upper lid margin for more than one year. Excision of the eyelid mass was performed. Histopathological examination revealed a picture of trichofolliculoma. Postoperative course was smooth. No recurrence of tumor was noted during 16-months follow-up period.
