頸動脈海棉竇瘻管合併中心性網膜靜脈阻塞及脈絡膜剝離－病例報告
Carotid-Cavernous Fistula with Central Retinal Vein Occlusion and Choroidal Detachment-A Case Report
摘要
一例16歲女性，因右眼目球外突，視力模糊至本院求診，當時患眼視力零點壹，頸動脈血管攝影發現有間接型的頸動脈海綿竇瘻管。 病人於門診追蹤五個月後，患眼相繼產生中心網膜靜脈阻塞，脈絡膜剝離。一年後病人患眼視神經盤萎縮，視力降至光感。 間接型頸動脈海綿竇瘻管，通常會自行閉合，無重大併發症產生。本病例由於合併有中心網膜靜脈阻塞，脈絡膜剝離，臨床上罕見，特此提出報告。

Dural shunt carotid-cavernous (CCF) fistula usually run benign course. Control TOP may lead to spontaneous recovery. A 76 years old suffered from dural shunt CCF at first visit. Central retinal vein obstruction and choroid detachment occurred five months later. Eventually, neovascular glaucoma and optic atrophy developed. The visual acuity of patient dropped to ugh perception after one year follow up. The clinical picture and pathophysiology will be presented and discussed.
