淚囊之黏膜關聯性淋巴瘤－病例報告
Lymphyoma Tissue of Mucosa Associated Lymphoid (Maltoma) of Lacrimal Sac-Case Report
摘要
黏膜關聯性淋巴瘤(Lymphoma of Mucosa-Associated Lymphoid tissue)是一種生長緩慢的低度惡性淋巴瘤，具有不易轉移、對手術或放射治療都有不錯的效果、以及預後不錯等特性。本文報告一例15歲的男性病童在右眼淚囊部位摸到一無痛腫塊，開刀後病理切片檢查為一淚囊長出之粘膜關聯性淋巴瘤。門診追蹤10個月後未發現有復發或轉移的情形。

Lymphoma of mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALTOMA) is an indolent low-grade malignant lymphoma. We present a case of MALTOMA of lacrimal sac. Patient is a 15 year-old boy. He presented with tearing and palpable mass over right lacrimal sac region for half an year. Eye conditions are almost normal except right side lacrimal sac mass. Systemic work-up, including whole body scan revealed nothing particular. Dacryocystectomy of right lacrimal sac was performed. Histopathological examination revealed small and mature-looking lymphocytic infiltration of submucosa of sac. Immunohistocytochemistry (L26) disclosed monoclonal B cell proliferation, which was compatible with the diagnosis of MALTOMA. Post-operative course was smooth. No local recurrence nor distant metastasis was noted during 10 months follow-up period.
