外傷性視神經撕除－病例報告
Optic Nerve Avulsion-A Case Report
摘要
視神經撕除是一種罕見的傷害，這種傷害通常會造成永久且嚴重的視力損傷。本文報告一例十五歲男性病患，在打籃球時右眼被手指戳傷，雖其前眼部只有結膜裂傷等輕微傷害，但卻引致局部的視神經撕除。快速、極度地轉動眼球會引起視神經撕除的假設對本病例提供合理的解釋。我們將藉由這在文獻尚屬罕見的病例，討論視神經撕除在眼底、超音波及電腦斷層上的表現。

Optic nerve avulsion is a rare globar injury, which usually results in permanent and devastating loss of vision. We report a case which highlights the salient features of partial optic nerve avulsion. This 15-year-old boy lost vision during a basketball game, immediately after a fingerpoke injury to the right orbit. Minimal direct ocular trauma occured. This case supports the belief that sudden rotation of the blobe is the major mechanism of optic nerve avulsion. The clinical findings, the results of B-scan ultrasonography and computed tomography are discussed. They are important in the full evaluation of such cases.
