摘要

高壓電或閃電電擊引發之視網膜病變臨床上殊為罕見，本文收集兩個罕見的病例。第一例為二十四歲男性病患在遭受高壓電電擊三天後主訴視力模糊，經檢查發現右眼黃斑部水腫，三個月後發現右眼黃斑部裂孔。六個月後發現雙眼白內障，左眼白內障術後視力恢復良好。第二例為四十九歲男性，亦是遭受高壓電電擊，之後三個月左右視力模糊，經檢查為雙眼白內障，術後雙眼視力恢復良好，但左眼在五年後，右眼在十六年後，均發生視網膜剝離，雙眼治療後視力均恢復良好。本文報告兩例高壓電電擊引發之眼部病變，並探討其形成的機制。

High-voltage electricity or lightning induced retinopathy is rare clinically. We report two rare cases. The first case is a 24 year-old man who suffered from high-voltage electric strike with the chief compliant of blurred vision three days later. Macular edema was found in his right eye, and macular hole was noted three months later. Bilateral cataracts were noted six months later, and the vision of his left eye was well recovered after cataract surgery. The second case is a 49 year-old man who also suffered from high-voltage electric strike. Bilateral cataracts surgery were done three months later. Unfortunately, bilateral retinal detachments were noted five years and sixteen years later respectively. The vision of both eyes was well recovered after treatment. We report two cases of high-voltage electricity related ocular complications, and the mechanisms will be discussed in this article.
