羊膜應用於濾泡滲漏的修補術－病例報告
The Use of Amniotic Membrane Transplantation in Repairing a Leaking Bleb-A Case Report
摘要
本文報告一位82歲患有青光眼的女性，在右眼施行小樑切除術(Trabeculectomy)合併0.02mg/ml Mitomycin-C浸潤，有一個大而薄的濾泡。四年多後由於搓揉眼睛，以致濾泡滲漏。在傳統方法無法有效控制滲漏的情況下，我們嘗試使用羊膜作為濾泡修補的材料，來維持濾泡的功能完整。經過一年的追蹤，濾池仍維持完好，眼壓控制在10mmHg左右。術前矯正視力為0.2，術後矯正則可達0.4。

A 82-year-old female glaucoma patient underwent Trabeculectomy with 0.02mg/ml Mitomycin-C soaking in right eye. A large thin bleb developed. Four more years later, the bleb began to leak probably due to rubbing the eye. Traditional methods failed to stop the leakage, so we tried to use preserved amniotic membrane to repair the leaking bleb. During one year follow up, the bleb was well and the intraocular pressure was controlled around 10mm-Hg.
