兩側大腦性眼瞼下垂續發於同胱氨酸尿症－病例報告
Bilateral Cerebral Ptosis Secondary to Homocystinuria-A Case Report
摘要
本文報告一十四歲男孩患有同胱氨酸尿症之病例，病人在四年前因腦部右側顳葉、頂葉和枕葉梗塞及萎縮而有經常性癲癇、左側輕癱、感覺喪失、面部麻痺等後遺症及智能遲緩和精神方面疾病。今年四月發生癲癇和兩側性眼瞼下垂併伴隨向上凝視傷害和視野左邊同側偏盲，除此之外，兩眼視力是0.8~0.9之間，沒有水晶體移位，眼底正常。我們就同胱氨酸尿症來討論和兩側大腦性眼瞼下垂關係及有關於非優勢大腦半球的損害。

This 14-year-old boy was a case of homocystinuria with sequelae of frequent epilepsy, left side hemiparesis, left hemisensory loss, left facial palsy, mental retardation and psychiatric disorders because of right temporo-parieto-occipital infarction and atrophy since 4 years ago. This April, seizure, bilateral ptosis accompanied by impaired upward gaze, and left homonymous hemianopsia were found. Besides, VA (ou) was from 0.8 to 0.9, no lens dislocation, and normal foundus were noted. We discuss bilateral cerebral ptosis associated with nondominant hemispheric lesions .due to homocystinuria.
