視網膜海綿狀血管瘤－病例報告
Cavernous Hemangioma of the Retina-Case Report
摘要
本篇報告一位22歲女性，突然發生左眼視野黑影，眼底檢查發現周邊網膜上方有血管瘤併發玻璃體出血，螢光血管攝影顯示出這些葡萄樣之囊狀病灶有螢光充填緩慢且不完全之現象，後期也沒有螢光滲出，血管瘤內發現有血漿－紅血球分層現象，證實為海綿狀血管瘤。我們對這罕見病例之表現作詳細探討。

Cavernous hemangioma of the retina is a rare vascular harmatoma composed of clumps of thin-walled saccular aneurysms. It is unilateral, steady in size, without associated exudate, and often covered by a gray-white fibroglial membrane. We report a case of 22 year-old woman with the complaint of sudden floaters in her left eye. Fundus examination revealed typical retinal cavernous hemangioma with mild vitreous hemorrhage. Fluorescein angiography showed slow and incomplete filling of the lesions, characteristic ”plasma-erythrocyte separation”, and absence of fluorescein leakage. Photocoagulation was given, and vitreous hemorrhage disappeared gradually. We discuss the presence and treatment of this rare case detailedly.
