結膜反應性淋巴性增生－病例報告
Conjunctiva Reactive Lymphoid Hyperplasia-A Case Report
摘要
結膜反應性淋巴性增生(conjunctiva reactive lymphoid hyperplasia)是一種良性的增殖性淋巴病變(lymphoproliferative lesion)，其診斷乃藉由病理切片檢查，免疫遺傳表型研究(immunophenotypic studies)及法因研究(genetic studies)。主要是要排除惡性成份的可能。而治療方面主張切除、冷凍治療、低劑量放射線治療皆有，預後一般良好。 本篇報告兩個病例，其臨床病微以結膜之鮭魚色斑塊(salmon pink patch)及顆粒狀浸潤(nodular infiltration)的型式表現。兩個病患皆接受了切除性病理檢查(excision biopsy)，經向病理切片檢查診斷為典型之反應性淋巴增生，其呈現的為一多細胞病灶(hypercellular lesion)伴有成排的成熟淋巴球(mature lymphocyte)及少量的漿細胞(plasma cells)及組織細胞(histiocytes)。因為不同臨床情況的考量，我們對於兩位病患的治療選擇，採文獻上建議之病灶切除及臨床關察，第一位病患同時加Intal眼葯水治療。治療的效果皆良好，平均追蹤一年（第二例）及五年（第一例），沒有復發的跡象。

We reported 2 cases of conjunctiva reactive lymphoid hyperplasia. The diagnosis was proved by excision biopsy in 2 cases. The 2 patients had similar clinical presentation, but respond well to different treatment modalities. And none of them had systemic involvement. The first case responded well to cromolyn eyedrops. The second case resolved spontaneously after excision biopsy. No radiotherapy was needed, and their conditions were stable.
