摘要

目的：研究網膜復位手術利用矽油填充且併發黃斑部前膜的病例，於矽油移除的同時合併黃斑部前膜剝除此單一手術的價值。
方法：收集自民國八十七年二月至九十一年六月，共五例接受矽油移除的同時合併黃斑部前膜剝除，比較手術前後視力以及預後。
結果：於平均追蹤的17.8個月中，沒有復發網膜剝離，兩例視力至少20/200。
結論：單一手術合併矽油移除及黃斑部前膜剝除不會影響網膜復位的成功率，而且可以減少手術的次數。

Purpose: To study the value of a single combined surgical procedure including silicone oil removal and epimacular membranes peeling for eyes with silicone oil tamponade and epimacular membranes.
Methods: A retrospective chart review from February 1998 to June 2002, five cases had received a combined surgery of silicone oil removal and epimacular membranes peeling. The final reattachment rate, visual outcome, and complications were evaluated.
Results: No eye with recurrent retinal detachment was found in the average of 17.8 months follow-up period. Visual acuity of 20/200 or better was obtained in 2 of the five eyes.
Conclusion: The single combined surgery does not increase the risk of retinal detachment rate and can obviate the need for further surgery.
