目的:檢查在不等近視成人身上,近視度數比較深的眼睛和近視度數比較淺的眼睛之問,眼壓、中央角膜厚度及角膜弧度是否不同。 方法:我們回溯六十三位兩眼不等近視大於等於兩百度的成人的病歷,依照兩眼近視度數差距,把他們分為A組:兩眼近視度數差距大於等於兩百度,但小於三百度;及B組:兩眼近視度數差距大於等於三百度。 結果:在近視度數比較深的眼睛和近視度數比較淺的眼睛之問,眼壓及中央角膜厚度並無不同;但在A組,在近視度數比較深的眼睛,角膜弧度有意義地比較陡,在B組,兩眼角膜弧度則無不同。 結論:在不等近視成人身上,兩眼近視度數的不同,並未造成眼壓及中央角膜厚度的不同,但在兩眼近視度數差距大於等於兩百度,但小於三百度的人身上,角膜弧度有意義地比較陡。
Purpose To examine if intraocular pressure (lOP), central corneal thickness (CCT) and corneal curvature (CC) are different in less myopic eyes and more myopic eyes in anisomyopic adults. Methods: A retrospective study of 63 anisomyopic Chinese adults with anisometropia not<2D in spherical equivalent refraction were studied. They were divided into two groups according to refractive status: group A being anisomyopia ≧2D but<3D and group B being anisomyopia ≧3D. lOP was measured with a noncontact tonometer (Topcon CT-80), CCT was measured with Orbscan corneal topography system (ORBTEK) and cycloplegic refraction and CC were measured with an autokerato-refractometer (Topcon KR-7100). Results: There were no statistically significant differences in lOP and CCT between the less myopic eyes and more myopic eyes in all anisomyopes. The more myopic eyes had a significantly increased mean keratometric power compared with the less myopic eyes in anisomyopes of group A (P=0.03). The keratometric power of the more myopic eyes was not different compared to the less myopic eyes in anisomyopes of group B (P=0.32). Conclusions: Refractive error difference in anisomyopic adults is not related to differences in lOP and CCT. The more myopic eyes had a significantly steeper cornea compared with the less myopic eyes in patients with anisomyopia ≧2D but<3D, but not in those with anisomyopia≧3D.
