青光眼手術及最新發展
Glaucoma Surgery and the Recent Development
摘要
近年來由於青光眼的治療藥物蓬勃發展，使得青光眼手術比例下降，但是其仍然是不可缺少的一環，本篇文章除了探討目前常使用的青光眼手術，例如：小樑網切除術、非穿透性濾過手術、青光眼濾過管植入術、睫狀體破壞術等等，我們也針對近年來為了改善這些傳統手術方法所發展出來的新式手術，如Ex-PRESS、Solx、Glaukos iStent植入術、Trabectome手術系統、內視鏡睫狀體破壞術、施氏管整型術等等，做精簡的介紹。

With the improvement of the glaucoma medications, the proportion of the glaucoma patients who undergo glaucoma surgeries is lower. However, the surgeries in glaucoma therapies are still important and can not be replaced totally. Our review article is to describe the popular methods of the glaucoma surgeries, such as trabeculectomy, non-penetrating filtering surgeries, glaucoma implants insertions, and cyclodestruction. Also, we introduce some new procedures in glaucoma surgeries, including Ex-PRESS implantation, Solx implantation, Glaukos iStent implantation, Trabectome surgical system, endoscopic cyclophotocoagulation, and canaloplasty.
