摘要

目的：以實證醫學回顧對於葡萄膜炎免疫抑制劑治療的最新相關文獻。方法：文獻回顧。結果：搜尋Medline上至2010年4月與葡萄膜炎免疫抑制劑治療的相關文獻。結論：近年來治療葡萄膜炎藥物文獻多以生物製劑為主，非類固醇免疫抑制劑次之，類固醇又次之。在選擇及使用藥物之前必須仔細衡量利弊得失，以實証醫學做為參考並投予藥物。

Purpose: To review the principles and evidence-base of Immunomodulatory therapy in uveitis patients. Methods: Review of literature.Result: A search of Medline was conducted for indexed journal articles related to immunomodulatory therapy in uveitis patients until Apr. 2010. Conclusion: In recent years, the main updated literature on immunomodulatory therapy in uveitis was biologics, followed by traditional immunomodulatory drugs and corticosteroids. We should consider all the pros and cons and refer to the evidence-based medicine before administering medication to uveitis patients.
