中醫診察服務自動化架構建立

Development of the Service Automation Architecture to Support Traditional Chinese Medicine Inspection

摘要


目前中醫醫療院所使用中醫診查儀器並不普及,主要由於中醫診察設備操作無自動化設計及無適用於中醫診間的作業標準,各種儀器之間所產生的異質資料也沒有資料串流整合的設計,服務流程也尚為標準化,為考量作業效率,在臨床的應用上有實際的困難。本研究設計一中醫診察服務流及資訊流標準作業程序,應用流程設計方法,建立儀器操作及診察標準作業流程,提高服務效能;且設計中醫診察資料匯整平台系統雛型,達到資訊與服務流程整合。本研究並實際於醫學中心及醫院外部場域進行驗測服務,確認本研究之流程設計方法可以被實踐,有效縮短中醫診察服務時間,提高中醫資料收集、交換、與存取速度。

The popularity of inspection equipments utilization for Traditional Chinese Medicine is quite low in Taiwan. Challenges related to clinical adaptation have been related to minimum operation automation, lacking of operation protocol, non-standardized recorded format, and lacking of data fusion mechanism.This study has proposed a service automation architecture to support Traditional Chinese Medicine inspection in the clinics. Methodologies have included field observation, expert interview, equipments selection, process analyses and re-design, information system development, and pilot test. The whole inspection process have converged four traditional inspections and can be completed in 20 minutes.
