摘要


這篇論文提出了一個和電源電壓變動無關的新式電流源。這個新的電流源不須使用電阻,並且由兩個成份所組成。第一個部份具有正電源電壓係數,即電源電壓變大,電流隨之增加;第二個部份具有負電源電壓係數,即電源電壓變大,電流反而減少。這兩個成份組合起來可以抵消因電源電壓變動所造成的電流變動。由小訊號分析可推導出正電源電壓係數和負電源電壓係數的公式。利用 HSPICE 模擬軟體可以證明在電源電壓 2.5~3.5V 間,電流源和電源電壓的變動無關。

This paper presents a novel current source which is insensitive to supply voltage. The presented current source without resistor is composed of two components. The first component possesses a positive supply voltage coefficient and the second component has a negative supply voltage coefficient. These two components are combined to cancel the variation of the current due to the change of supply voltage. A small signal analysis is presented to derive the positive and negative coefficients. Based on the HSPICE simulation, this current source is proves to be insensitive to supply voltage from 2.5 V to 3.5 V.
