國小學童母親的人格特質與親職壓力、幸福感之相關研究

摘要

本研究旨在探討國小學童母親的人格特質與親職壓力、幸福感之關係。具體目的有五：一、分析不同背景變項的國小學童母親在親職壓力的差異情形。二、了解不同背景變項的國小學童母親在幸福感的差異情形。三、比較不同人格特質的國小學童母親親職壓力與幸福感的差異。四、探討國小學童母親人格特質、親職壓力與幸福感的關係。五、瞭解國小學童母親之人格特質、親職壓力對幸福感的預測力。
本研究採用問卷調查法，抽取高雄市600位國小學童母親為研究對象，的主要發現如下：
一、國小學童母親的親職壓力與其「家庭型態」、「家庭月收入」及「子女數」等變項有關連。
二、「家庭月收入」的高低關乎國小學童母親的幸福感。
三、國小學童母親的人格特質越傾向A型人格者，其親職壓力越大。
四、國小學童母親親職壓力與幸福感呈負相關。
五、國小學童母親的人格特質與親職壓力或可做為預測幸福感的參考。

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship among the personality traits, parenting stress and happiness for mothers of elementary school children.
The method of this study was the questionnaire survey. The subjects of this study were 600 mothers who have children in the elementary schools in Kaohsiung City. The result of the investigation revealed the following findings:
1. The parenting stress of mothers differed according to the family type, the family's monthly income and the number of children.
2. The family's monthly income of mothers correlated with their happiness.
3. Mothers with type A personality traits reported higher levels of parenting stress than mothers with type B personality traits.
4. There were negative correlations between mothers’ parenting stress and their happiness.
5. The personality traits and parenting stress of mothers might act as a reference in predicting their happiness.
