高職商業類學校實習輔導策略之研究-以資源基礎理論觀點

The Strategy of Practice Guidance in Commercial High Schools-A Resource-Based Theory Approach

摘要


本研究旨在探討高職商業類學校實習輔導資源與實習輔導績效之影響,並探討不同資源績效型態學校的實習輔導策略之選擇。根據資源基礎理論、績效理論及策略發展理論等觀點,設計研究問卷進行實證研究,調查對象以目前高職商業類學校實習輔導處之行政人員及各科專業教師為主,並諮詢參與實習輔導業務之專家意見,利用量化之統計分析方法,進行資料分析與討論,並以實習輔導資源績效矩陣進行學校分群,針對各個集群學校給予選擇發展實習輔導策略之參考。最後依據實習輔導資源績效策略矩陣,將高職商業類學校區分為:績優型、高效率型、落後型及低效率型四型態學校,並依各型態學校之總體實習資源強度及整體實習績效表現高低,分別建議採用利基策略、成長策略、收割策略及持續策略等。本研究結論希望能提供高職商業類學校在推動實習輔導業務時,作為實習輔導策略選擇之具體建議。

This study investigated the influences of practice guidance resources on the performance of practice guidance in commercial high schools, and the strategic choices of the practice guidance in terms of resources available in different types of schools. An empirical study was conducted with the questionnaire designed from the viewpoints of resource-based performance and strategic development theories on administrators and professional teachers in commercial high schools. Experts participating in the practice guidance are consulted. Quantitative approaches are applied to data analysis and discussion. Sampling schools are grouped and scattered into the performance matrix of practice guidance resource. Based on different attributes of each cluster, strategies for developing practice guidance are proposed. Based on the practice guidance resource performance strategic matrix, this study classifies commercial high schools into: well-performing, high-efficiency, backward and low-efficiency types. Based on the strength of total practice guidance resource and overall practice performance, the niche strategy, growth strategy, harvesting strategy, and continuation strategy are recommended as the respective types. It is hoped that conclusions of this study can be concrete recommendations for commercial high schools to choose practice guidance strategies while promoting practice guidance.
