人力資源管理博碩士論文之內容分析

A Content Analysis of Theses and Dissertations on Human Resource Management in Taiwan

摘要


本研究的目的是要瞭解我國博碩士論文有關人力資源管理的議題,使用內容分析法分析從1969到2006共560篇相關論文中,了解人力資源管理的議題。內容分析結果如下:一、以長期的觀點而言,人力資源管理的研究數量是持續成長的。二、以研究的區域而言,有高達80%都集中在對台灣地區的研究。三、以產業的分佈而言,以「綜合性產業」和「金融業和保險業」為最多的研究產業,而且這兩個產業還在持續成長中。另一方面,「專業、科學及技術服務業」、「教育服務業」、「公共服務業」等產業的研究數量,有成長的趨勢。四、在有關量化研究的回收率方面,其平均的回收率為55.01%。五、有關研究類型方面,以實證性研究為主,另一方面,「實證性研究」、「特殊切入角度研究」和「理論性研究」,其研究數量有成長趨勢。六、研究的主題方面,以「訓練與發展」和「勞資關係」的研究為最多。

The purpose of this study was to analyze the issues on the topic of human resource management in the theses and dissertations Taiwan. The study focused on 560 papers during 1969 to 2006 in Taiwan, and it applied Content Analysis as the research method. The content analysis results demonstrate that: 1. In a longitudinal aspect, HRM researches have increased in recently years. 2. With regard to research areas, most papers were based in Taiwan. Research areas on Taiwan average above 80%. 3. In addition, the industry distribution ”Combined industry” and ”Finance and Insurance” ranked top two. On one hand, these two categories had a rising trend within these years. On the other hand, ”Professional, Scientific and Technical Services”, ”Educational Services”, ”Other Services”, and ”Public Administration” also have incressed within these years. 4. In light of the questionnaire respond rate in quantitative research, the results displayed the average respond rate was 55.01%. 5. Moreover, the empirical research was the chief type of theses and dissertations on HRM. Furthermore, ”empirical”, ”position”, and ”theory” category had a rising number study trend within these years. 6. For research topic, 'training and development' and 'labor and union relation' ranked top two.
