Life becomes meaningful in the construction of space and imageries reproduce existing space in literature, with the traits of ”spatial representation.” Poetry is ”the artist's space,” and image space become aesthetic standards to increase the presentation of art pieces. This paper attempts to research ”Xiong Hong Poetry,” based on the previous research results, and analyzes the image space of the ”Xiong Hong Poetry.” This paper aims at reading the text for the interpretation or criticism based on a close reading, using keywords in literary criticism, such as imagery, symbolism, structure, context, metaphor, etc. It is also supported by the language of rhetoric, specifically focusing on the use of imagery in poetry as a way of understanding ”Xiong Hong Poetry.”
