University faculty members have a high degree of emotional stress and emotional expression of social expectations. This study mainly investigates the response method used by the faculty in emotional labor and understands the faculty burnout condition. Finally, this study examines the relationship between the faculty's emotional labor and their job burnout. The research uses a stratified sample to collect the data. Data were collected from 339 effective questionnaires in Taiwan by the e-mail survey questionnaire. Through canonical correlation analysis to gain the following result: the faculty's emotional labor has significant relationship on job burnout. The deep act of emotional labor has some positive bearing on the emotional exhaustion of job burnout. The deep act of emotional labor has negative impact on the personal accomplishment.
