New Records of Calcinus Hermit Crabs (Decapoda: Anomura: Diogenidae) from Taiwan
三種臺灣新紀錄之硬殼寄居蟹類（十足目：異尾下目：活額寄居蟹科）
摘要
本報告報導三種臺灣海域新記錄的硬殼寄居蟹，分別是關島硬殼寄居蟹Calcinus guamensis Wooster, 1984、線足硬殼寄居蟹C. lineapropodus Morgan and Forest, 1991和優美硬殼寄居蟹C. pulcher Forest, 1958。這三種寄居蟹都棲息在珊瑚礁海域的亞潮帶區域，具有顯著的體色，很容易和其他種寄居蟹區分。關島硬殼寄居蟹採自水深約0到2公尺的珊瑚枝上，半縮入殼中時，眼柄、螯足和步足的黑環帶會形成一條連續的黑帶。線足硬殼寄居蟹和優美硬殼寄居蟹，是在水深約5到10公尺的大礁石表面發現，兩者的外部形態特徵和體色非常類似，但是前者的第二、三胸足指節和腕節呈玫瑰紅色，而後者只有第二胸足腕節呈胭脂紅色。本報告除敘述這三種寄居蟹的外部形態特徵、體色和棲息場所之外，並附彩色圖片和臺灣產硬殼寄居蟹屬的檢索表。

Three hermit crab species belonging to the genus Calcinus were newly recorded from the subtidal coral reefs of Taiwan. Calcinus guamensis Wooster, 1984 was collected on the branches of corals at 0 to 2 m depth; C. Iineapropodus Morgan and Forest, 1991 and C. pulcher Forest, 1958 were found on the surfaces of large rocks at 5 to 10 m depth. These species are easily recognized by their characteristic coloration. Color plates of the three species and a key to Calcinus species found in Taiwan are presented.
