摘要


在裝配程序規劃之問題中,由於存在大量之可行程序,故如何在已知裝配件模型及系統資源配置的前題下來搜尋最佳的裝配程序計畫即成為一相當重要的課題。本文主要在探討以人工智慧中之啟發式搜尋策略應用於裝配程序計畫的搜尋。文中將提出有關裝配程序計畫的表示方式、啟發式函數、搜尋法則等相關領域的探討,並以“裝配程序計畫與拆卸程序計畫互為逆程序”之基本假設為前題,發展單向搜尋與雙向搜尋的啟發式搜尋策略來從事裝配程序計畫的搜尋,最後並提出兩個裝配實例來驗證上述觀點。

This paper presents the application of artificial intelligence search strategies for solving assembly sequence planning problems. Research issues such as representation and evaluation of assembly sequences are addressed. Based on an assumption that the sequence of assembly is the reverse of that of disassembly, this study uses tree representation for the feasible assembly sequence plans. Both heuristic functions and search algorithms are developed using unidirectional and bidirectional search strategies for finding the final assembly sequence plan. Two assembly examples are presented for illustration.
