A Multiattribute Decision Model for Equipment Replacement

摘要


今日科技進步快速且系統內設備之間互動頻繁,作某項設備的更換決策時,除了要考慮現有及未來可能的替代設備外,還得同時考慮系統內其它設備將會受到的影響;甚至其它設備也必須同時更換以收最大效益。如此一來,要考慮的替換方案會非常多,必須有簡單的方法將這些方案表示出來,並且需有一套方法來找出最佳方案。本篇文章建議建立配置網路來表示所有可能的方案並提出用類動態規劃來找最佳方案。而在找尋最佳方案的過程中,若單純地使用財務分析的準則來找最佳方案,可能無法使公司獲得最大長期利益,因此本文建議一個多因子決策準則-加權滿意度準則,來決定最佳方案。

To make replacement decision, a decision maker must consider both the technological improvement and the heavy interactions among equipment in a manufacturing system. Thus, he (or she) must include all possible future equipment and all possible equipment combinations in generating replacement alternatives, which makes the number of alternatives very large. To present all these alternatives effectively, we suggest using a configuration network. And we proposes a pseudo-dynamic programming (PDP) approach and a multi-attribute decision criterion named weighted satisfaction level (WSL) to select the best alternative that maximizes the long term profit of a company.
