自行車騎姿電腦動態模擬之研究

A Study on the Riding Model of Bicycle with Computer Simulation

摘要


自行車的設計是針對人們的使用而來,一輛好的自行車除了車架本身結構優良以外,尚需考慮到騎乘者的身體各部的尺寸,因此設計出一輛適合人體騎姿且舒適的自行車便是自行車業者的首要目標;而自行車騎姿電腦模型之建立乃係為使自行車業者得以有合時宜且適切的設計參考模式,以為設計時人體及車架適當尺寸之依循準則。本研究採用電腦輔助設計系統(CAD)建立起參數式的自行車車架結構,然後依據國人的身高尺寸,建立起自行車騎姿電腦模型,再依此資料庫配合自行車車架結構設計,利用系統建立人因工程知識庫,分析出自行車騎姿電腦模型的最佳舒適範圍值;包括較適座高、其與把手之相對位置、把手操縱之較適高度、手臂之較適彎曲範圍及在該騎乘狀態下腳部之彎曲舒適值,期能利用系統提供之動態模擬騎姿模型,對發展中之自行車進行人因工程分析,以利設計師設計出最適合人體騎乘之自行車。

The design on a bicycle depends on the desire of users. An excellent bicycle does not only include a nice chairs, but also takes the size of every part on bodies of riders into consideration. Therefore, the most important purpose for the design is that the bicycle should fit in to the rider's pose and creates a comfortable feeling on the bike. And the establishment of this computer the model of human riding on a bike enable the producer to have design references. They may have a standard measurement for bodies and chairs. This research uses CAD to establish parameters for constructing bikes, then using the various body sizes of the folks, we makes this computer model of human riding on a bike, and then we apply these data to the design of bicycle chairs construction. Analysis the data bank of human factors we arrive at the best comfortable range of this computer model, including the height of seat, the position of steering far the angles of steering far, arm's strength and the bending value of legs strength while riding. We expert using these to offer dynamic riding models systems, to analysis human factors in bicycle development and enable the design to come up with the best bicycle which fitted people's riding.
