摘要


本文將探討上覆層對埋在一個接地圓柱金屬導內之柱面微帶傳輸線傳播特性的影響,本研究採用嚴謹的全波分析來建構一個譜域(spectral domain)之電場積分方程式,再經由矩量法求得其數值解。求解過程中所需的譜域格林函數已被推導出來,此格林函數是由微帶上面的表面電流產生的電場。研究中把微帶上的未知電流展開為已知之全域(entire domain)電流的合成。計算的結果包含了模態的等效介電常數與特性阻抗,這個結構是第一次被分析,因此只能就特殊狀況與文獻做比較。本研究所發展的電腦程式可做為微波電路設計之電腦輔助軟體。

The objective of this research is to study the effects of the superstrate on a microstrip line mounted inside a grounded conducting cylinder. A rigorous full wave analysis is applied to formulate an electric field integral equation, which is subsequently solved numerically using the method of moments. A spectral dyadic Green's function that relates the electric fields to the surface currents on the strip and accounts for all the boundary conditions on the interfaces across different dielectric layers is derived. Entire domain basis functions for the surface currents are employed in the numerical computation. Computed results include the effective dielectric constants and the characteristic impedances of the propagation modes. Since results for the present structure have not been reported elsewhere, computed frequency dependent results can only be compared with data available in the literature for some special cases. The computer code developed in this research can be used as a computer aided tool in the pre-fabrication stage in the circuit design process.
