The Action Analysis and Design Practice of the SACHS Five-Speed Planetary Gear Train Transmission Mechanism
摘要
SACHS五檔位行星齒輪系變速傳動機構，是一套專用於自行車的手動變速傳動機構。本研究將對其整體的作動、變速檔位的規劃，以及變速檔位的齒輪系值等部份，做一分析與計算，且將其變速控制單元的檔位變換與控制設計等技術，做一探討與研究。並再藉由設計案例的進行與說明，而為未來新型變速傳動機構的設計，奠定完整的研究基礎。

SACHS five-speed planetary gear train transmission mechanism is specially used for manually-shifted transmission mechanism of the bicycle. The investigation will analyze and calculate for the action of the mechanism, the layout of the gearshift, the gear train value of the gearshift, etc. We will explore and investigate the skills for the design of transmission shift and control of the train unit. And, by the process of the design case, we will also establish a solid research foundation for the new type design of transmission mechanisms in the future.
