影像辨識在彈性製造系統上應用之研究

摘要


隨著工業發展進步,製造者對自動化需求愈趨殷切,單純的固定式生產機器隨著產品生命週期縮短而逐漸被淘汰,取而代之的是具備多樣化生產功能之彈性製造系統,但在人工成本日趨昂貴下,採用智慧型彈性製造系統能有效解決成本高昂及功能需求之問題,影像辨識與遠端監控系統在智慧型彈性製造系統之地位有如眼睛與大腦,透過這兩者相互配合可達成不同工件加工之需求,也降低製造成本。本研究以影像辨識為基礎,第一階段為利用單一攝影機擷取實體工件之辨識與訓練,此部分著重於提升影像辨識之速度與成功率。第二階段為結合彈性製造系統監控程式,使之真正具備判別不同工件進而啟動相對應之製造程序,並完成加工三種大小不同形狀近似之盤形工件。本研究著重於實用性,研究結果可提供產業界進行智慧型製造系統整合之參考應用。

Image recognition plays an important role in the development of industrial automation environment. Whether the quantity and quality of products are good or not rely on the image recognition. Image recognition and remote control to an intelligent flexible manufacturing system just like human's eyes and brain of the body. Once the two functions are combined and worked together, various machining parts can be manufactured with in a single system automatically.Two stages have been achieved in these research. First, a single CCD camera can be used for image grabbing, processing, and training. An algorithm is developed for easy and fast recognition. Second, the pattern recognition can combine with intelligent flexible manufacture monitoring system. Different machining processes can be trigged for different input parts. This research is based on practicality. The whole results shows the ability of a great use in industry.
