摘要


身障學生對於運動重要性的認知,受到下列三個因素的影響: 身障學生對本身健康的關注程度、他的運動習慣、以及他對於運動的喜好程度。學生的身障程度會影響他對於健康的關注、他的運動習慣、以及他對運動抗拒的程度。另他人的不當對待,包括體育老師不當的要求、同學及他人歧視的眼光…等,者會導致身障同學對運動的抗拒。

There are three main factors that affect disabled students’ perceptions concerning the importance of exercising: (1) degree of concern about their personal health, (2) degree of enjoyment of exercising, and (3) intensity of regular exercise. The degree of their respective disability affects the degree of concern about personal health, exercising habits, and resistance to taking exercises. Incidentally, inappropriate treatment from other, e.g., teachers, schoolmates, etc., discourages disabled students from taking exercises.
