The implementation of College Law since 1996 has impacted the physical education curriculum system of the university. Senior students' required physical education curriculum has been transformed into an elective course in most colleges. Hence, incorporating ”Custom supremacy” and ”Student-oriented” marketing opinions into the planning of senior students' physical education curriculum are the appropriate ways to react for university physical education authorities. This research sampled 244 Da-Yeh University Senior students as subjects. The findings revealed that the most important considering factor for taking a physical education course was teachers' capability factor and that the satisfaction degree for physical education instruction measures was quite high in general. However, the satisfaction degree on instructional facilities was obviously lower than other items comparatively. Finally, the researcher presented some relative suggestions for the planning of senior students' physical education curriculum at Da-Yeh University.
