摘要

下背痛是臨床醫師經常遇到的主訴之一。此症狀的病因繁多，從非特異性背痛到可能危及生命的腹主動脈瘤都是可能的原因。在這份病例報告裡，我們提出以慢性下背痛為主要表現的腹主動脈瘤病例，被當作退化性脊椎疾病來處置。我們認為這種表現，應該被報導出來，因為這種病例的誤診可能導致災難性的後果。本文的目的在於回顧關於下背痛與主動脈瘤相關之文獻，並提供早期發現和診斷此疾病的臨床操作上的建議。

Low back pain is a common complaint for patients presenting to the primary care physicians. Causes of the symptom are numerous, ranging from nonspecific low back pain to potentially life threatened abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA). Here we report a case of AAA presenting with chronic low back pain but was treated as degenerative spine disease. We thought this manifestation should be reported because misdiagnosis of such cases could lead to disastrous result. The objective of this article is to provide a review of the literature regarding low back pain with AAA and clinical practice recommendations regarding early detection and diagnosis.
