摘要


本文主在探討專案管理之衝突類频型,並透過五種衝突類型的澄清,進一步討衝突類型舆組織結構、解决方式、主管領導方式及其他組織特性上之關係。研究方法主為問卷调查法,樣本来自於企業經理人協進會之會員,透過集群分析、變異數分析及列聯表分析等統計方法来進行探討。研究結果計發现「資源/排序衝突型」、「資源/成本衝突型」、「全面低衝突型」、「行政/人際衝突型」及「全面高衝突型」等五種專案衝突類型,此外也發现衝突類型不同则其用以解決衝突的方式也有所差異,執行上所面臨的困難也不同,且和部份組織結構或領導方式也有所關聯,但專案規模、公司曆史長短、專案期限及公司人數等組織特性則皆和衝突類型間無關。未来值得進一步探討的包括衝突類型和組織績效、專案生命週期及環境變動間之關係。

The purpose of this paper tries to study the types of project management conflict, and by classifying the specific five types project conflicts, we can identify the relationship among the project comflict solution method, the supervisor's leadership style and other organizational characteristics. The research main methods are cluster analysis, ANOVA analysis and crosstabulation. The result indicates that different project management confilicts have different solution methods and different operational difficulties. Meanwhile in this study, we find there is a signifcant relationship between organizational structure and the type of project management conflict, but such conclusion does not held between the type of project management and other organizational characteristics like the scale of the project, the length of the organizational history, the period of the project and the number of the organization members.
