城市基礎建設服務滿意度評價模式之研究－以公園開放性空間為例

都市公園為城市基礎建設重要的開放性空間，如何針對此類空間建立評價模式，實具有相當程度之必要性。本研究探討都市公園空間要素與機能評價滿意度之關係，結果確認都市公園應重視休閒遊憩機能、休閒環境機能及親子互動機能。提升景觀設施、遊樂設施、衛生設施及公共設施等空間要素之完善性，重視道路區比率、停車區比率、入口數、綠覆率、水池面積、遊戲區比率、遊（玩）具數、運動器材數、照明設備、固定座椅、涼亭面積與廁所面積配置情形。透過問卷調查了解遊客對於上述空間要素，大部份仍未達滿意程度。未來可考慮由滿意度較低之項目優先著手改善，循序達到完備都市公園多元服務機能之目標。

Urban parks are crucial open spaces of city infrastructures. Thus, a suitable model for evaluating these spaces is required. Studying four urban parks in Tainan, Taiwan, this study explored the relationship between a park's spatial characteristics and its visitors' satisfaction with its functionalities. The results demonstrate that leisure and recreation, the leisure environment, and parent-child interaction functionalities were the most essential functionalities of urban parks. Spatial factors such as a park's landscape and its recreational, sanitary, and public facilities should be optimized. The layout of parks should also be considered-including the roads, parking spaces, greenery, ponds, trees, playground areas, number of entrances, children's recreational facilities, pieces of fitness equipment, lighting equipment, fixed seats, and toilets. Additionally, survey results indicated that visitors were not satisfied with most of the aforementioned spatial factors. Factors accompanied by the highest levels of dissatisfaction should be addressed first to achieve the goal of diversifying urban park services.
