疏鬆耦合式網路協同設計之系統雛型建置

Developing a System Prototype of Loose-coupled Network Collaborative Product Design

摘要


協同設計是產業提昇研發效能,建立市場快速回應能力的發展重點。本研究以疏鬆耦合式協同設計類型爲主要研究範疇,以美國工作流程管理聯盟提出之工作流程參考模型爲基礎,從工作流程本體知識分析,提出包含產品定義機制、流程定義機制、流程執行機制、效能評估機制與系統管理機制等五種機制之協同設計平台概念性架構。協同設計流程元件則以訊息、文件、作業三者組成,藉由這三種元件與流程規則之組合,可因應產業特性與研發需要,彈性地建構出協同設計工作流程,提昇產業協同設計之整體綜效。最後,本研究以薄膜電晶體液晶顯示器(TFT-LCD)爲產業協同設計流程案例,將之應用於協同設計工作流程雛型中,進行有效性驗證。

Collaborative design is the top priority to enhance the efficiency of R&D and reduce time to market for enterprises to create competitive advantages. This research focuses on the type of loose-coupled collaborative design process. Based on the workflow reference model schemed by Workflow Management Coalition, this research analyzes workflow ontology and proposes conceptual framework of collaborative design platform, which includes five mechanisms, such as product definition mechanism, workflow definition mechanism, workflow execution mechanism, performance evaluation mechanism, and system management mechanism. Collaborative workflow components consist of messages, document, and tasks. With combination of these three components and rules, the enterprise can flexibly construct a collaborative design workflow for diverse industries and R&D requests, and move up the whole synergy of collaborative deisgn for enterprise. At last, this research uses a TFT-LCD collaborative design case as a case study to demonstrate the system collaboration at work.
