以實驗設計法探討無機聚合物力學特性之影響因素

Factors Influencing Mechanical Properties of Geopolymer: Revealed by Design of Experiments

摘要


本研究探討無機聚合物力學特性之影響因素,利用實驗設計法進行無機聚合物配比之規劃與設計,控制其組成反應變數如變高嶺土、氫氧化鈉、矽酸鈉溶液以及含水量等,固定外部製程條件如攪拌時間與養護溫度,進行樣品之備製,繼而運用統計學中複迴歸分析探討不同添加物對其力學特性之影響,研析影響顯著之因子,並釐清不同因子間之交互作用。分析結果顯示,無機聚合物單軸壓縮強度受OH- 濃度、SiO2含量及Na2O含量等因子高度影響,其中OH- 與SiO2具顯著之交互作用;而E50及劈裂強度則以OH- 影響最大;對工作性而言,整體反應下之液固比則為主要因子。本研究利用統計分析法,除可確立無機聚合物各項特性之影響因子外,亦可預測無機聚合物之力學特性,所得之判定係數及模式可靠度皆達0.85以上。

This study investigates the factors which affect the mechanical properties of geopolymer. Experimental design method is used in planning and design of the geopolymer formula for mixtures proportions such as metakaolin, sodium hydroxide, sodium silicate solution and the content of water, which are treated as independent variables in subsequent statistics analysis, and in fixing specimen preparation process such as mixing time and curing temperature. Multiple regression analysis is adopted to determine the effects on mechanical properties from each compositional ingredient and to clarify the interactive effects from these ingredients. The results firstly reveal that uniaxial compressive strength (UCS) of geopolymer is highly influenced by the concentration of OH- , and by the content of SiO2 and Na2O. Especially the interaction between OH- and SiO2 is remarkably high. Secondly, OH- is found to have the greatest impact to E50 and the splitting strength. And to the workability, the liquid-solid ration is the main factor to have impact on. Design of experiments and associated statistical methodology used in this study not only reveal the solid analytical result regarding the factors dominate characteristics of geopolymer, but also predict the mechanical properties of geopolymer. All coefficient of determination and the model reliability shown by the analytical result are above 0.85.
