日本光電產業資源循環技術近程發展

Solar Photovoltaic Industry Resource Cycle Technology Development in JAPAN

摘要


近年來傳統發電的原物料來源逐漸短缺,同時由於發電過程中對環境產生的不良影響,甚至排放殘餘廢料造成污染(包含最高端的核能發電)等問題,世界各國無不著手專注開發「綠能發電-Natural Energy」,期能發展出取用於大自然的既有能量來供發電使用。綠能發電除了不浪費資源,更有助於大自然環境中的有價物質循環再利用,在此永續趨勢下,遂開創出太陽光發電、風力(含離岸)發電、水力(含海水漲退潮夕)發電、生質能發電、地熱發電等近代興起的能源產業。日本成立「新能源產業技術總合開發機構」(New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization;NEDO),太陽光電產業資源循環就是其致力的一項發展。

In recent years, there has been a shortage of raw materials for traditional power generation. At the same time, due to the adverse effects on the environment during power generation and even the pollution caused by the discharge of residual waste (including the highest-end nuclear power generation), countries around the world have begun to focus on the development of "green energy generation-Natural Energy", which can be developed to use the nature's existing energy for power generation. In addition to not wasting resources, green power generation contributes to the recycling of valuable materials in the natural environment. Therefore, such as sun power generation, wind power (including offshore) generation, hydraulic (including seawater rise and fall) power generation, biomass energy generation, geothermal power generation and other emerging energy industries were created. Japan established the New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO), and has been committed to the resource cycle development of solar photovoltaic industry.
