A Combined Approach of Multiple Model and Input Estimation for Tracking Maneuvering Targets

多模式與輸入估計組合法應用於追蹤戰術運動目標

摘要


本文針對追蹤戰術運動之目標,提出一新方法。在考量各種合理的戰術運動目標逃逸策略,本文建議目標加速度模型爲辛氏(Singer)加速度模型與確定性步進式戰術運動模型之組合。多模式適應性估計器對此目標模型有追蹤誤差。一遞迴式即時最小平方演算法,被用來計算輸入加速度。將此加速度之量輸入多模式法中,以減少追蹤誤差。輸入估計與多模式法之組合演算法,明顯地改進了追蹤精確度。模擬結果確認本文所發展的演算法優於多模式演算法。

A new approach for tracking maneuvering targets is presented. A target model that combines Singer's model with a deterministic step maneuver model is also proposed to account for the various realistic evasive maneuver strategies. A multiple model adaptive estimator incurs a mean tracking error in the presence of a pilot-com-manded abrupt target maneuver. A recursive real time least squares algorithm is used to estimate the acceleration of the target. This acceleration value is then fed to the multiple model algorithm for reducing the tracking error. A combined scheme of this input estimation filter and the mu1tiple model approach markedly improves the tracking accuracy. Simulation results confirm that the performance of the proposed algorithm is superior to that of the multiple model algorithm.
