噴流與尾流中的渦流結構交互作用之研究

Studying the Coherent Structures Interaction between Jet and Wake Flows

摘要


在流體力學的領域中,自由剪層流始終佔有重要的地位,尤其是在流體混合效應的增進上。一般自由剪層流可分爲:噴流(jet)、混合層流(mixing layer)、尾流(wake),而在噴流與尾流的流場中,皆會形成其有特殊頻率的渦流結構,造成流場中流量的混合。所以將此二種流場加在一起,研究其渦流結構的發展,以及渦流結構之間的交互作用,並以流場中橫向與流向速度擾動能重的發展,討論流場特性的改變,以及對流量混合所造成的影響。

The classical free shear layer flow includes: jet, mixing layer and wake flow. All of those are important in many practical applications. The developing flow in both plane jet and wake is dominated by large-scale, wavelike coherent structure, If the two flows coexist, then the characteristic properties in the flow field will be different. With the aid of X-wire measurements, both streamwise and transverse velocity componments are investigated. The evolution of coherent structure and the interaction between the jet and wake flows are discussed.
