軸對稱漩渦紊流擴散火燄之數值研究

摘要


爲模擬一般燃燒室及工業爐膛中之複雜反應流場,本研究發展一套以Visual Basic語言設計之程式,採用改進之k-ε-g紊流方程式經由無限快化學反應率方式及假設型機率密度函數Dirac-delta-pdf與β-pdf,模擬採用丙烷(Propane)燃料之軸對稱燃燒室中漩渦紊流擴散火燄結構,結果顯示在燃燒反應流場溫度分佈方面,模擬計算與實驗量測數據大致吻合。因Visual Basic語言功能特性,後續程式並可整合內建於AutoCAD、Word、Excel之VBA巨集中以具備CAE/CAD/CAM及文書、圖表等自動化功能來提昇相關工作效率,並期提供國內研發各界後續投入發展之一選擇考量。

A general purpose program designed by Visual Basic language has been developed for the simulation of complicated reacting flowfield in combustors and furnaces. The improved k-ε-g turbulence model associated with fast chemistry model, assumed-shape Dirac-delta-pdf and β-pdf are utilized to study the swirling highly turbulent diffusion propane-air flame in a confined axisymmetric combustor. Comparison of results shows that present simulation to be capable of yielding fair agreement with the measurements in temperature distribution of the combusting flow. The developed program can be further embedded in VBA macro of AutoCAD, Word, Excel to achieve the automation of CAE/CAD/CAM, paper and chart works due to the function of Visual Basic language. For the researchers around this country, this study also hope to provide another consideration about the programming language in future related works.
