Numerical Investigation of Vortex-Shock Interaction Using an Adaptive Triangular Mesh

摘要


本文採用一個自調三角形網格法和一個區域隱式有限體積法來探討漩渦-震波交互作用之物理現象,在卡式座標系統下,求解非穩態歐拉方程式。將本文計算解與相關數值及實驗值做比較,本文所採用之數值法可得到滿意的計算結果。瞬間自調網格可清晰地抓住非穩態壓力波、震波和Mach disk,而震波扭曲和漩渦擠壓在聲波的形成上均扮演重要角色。

An adaptive triangular mesh and a locally implicit finite volume scheme are utilized to investigate the physical phenomena of vortex-shock interaction. In the cartesian coordinate system, the unsteady Euler equations arc solved. Based on the comparison of the present solutions with the related numerical and experimental data, the present approach can give satisfactory results. From the instantaneous adaptive meshes, the structure of unsteady pressure wave, shock wave and Mach disk is clearly captured. Both of shock distortion and vortex compression play an important role in the formation of the acoustic wave.
